•  We invest up to EUR 2 million per individual case in growth-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with established and sustainable business models.
• Our investment allows small and medium-sized companies to pursue and implement their visions and growth strategies without being permanently tied to an investor.
• We participate in the future development of our partners, but do not intervene in the shareholder structure and are not represented in the management.
• In return for our investment, we agree on a percentage of sales to be contributed for a fixed period of time.
• SMEs suitable for ALTA INVEST growth participation have:
    - a turnover between EUR 10 and 50 million
    - positive cash flows.
• In principle, we have no sector restrictions, but are particularly interested in companies from the areas of agriculture, real estate and production.
• Loss financings, early-stage projects (seed or start-up companies) as well as companies in need of reorganization are not suitable for our growth participation.
